Rev.  Lowe and his family came to Glory in the summer of 2002, with a vision to serve our Lord, Jesus Christ, and to lead the congregations to fulfill their potentials in the fullness of Christ. The motto Rev. Lowe brought to Glory is "Living for Christ, Serving Others".

Having been living and working in San Diego for more than 20 years as professionals, Pastor and Mrs. Lowe dedicated themselves full time to ministry in the 1990's and went back to seminary. Pastor Lowe graduated from Bethel Seminary (M. Div.) in San Diego and University of Edinburgh (Ph.D.) in Scotland. Mrs. Lowe, Jennifer, also graduated from Bethel (M. Div.).

After completion of his research at Edinburgh, Pastor Lowe served for one year as an interim pastor of Chinese Bible Church of Irvine, while teaching at International Theological Seminary and China Evangelical Seminary North America Campus.

Both Pastor and Mrs. Lowe have been active in Chinese church activities in Los Angeles and San Diego for the past twenty years, serving at various administrative and pastoral capacities in both Mandarin and English congregations.
